Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and making strategic recommendations to customers by performing 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between. Adept at listening to needs and explaining practical solutions, you can win over customers with confidence and care.
You will:
Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
Serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers by using in‑depth training to recommend the best innovative overall pest solution for each customer’s needs.
Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes where you will explain how Orkin’s products and services can give them peace of mind.
Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
Make recommendations based on inspection and identified issues, addressing any questions, explaining the process, and setting expectations.
Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
No experience required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.
Work Environment
Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including OSHA‑compliant respirator.
Willing to work in different weather conditions.
