We’re hiring both experienced CDL‑A drivers and recent graduates. Choose the lane that fits your career stage and get steady miles, weekly pay, and clear home time.
Job Details
Mileage pay: $0.43 – $0.58 CPM (based on route & experience)
Weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500+
Top 25% average $1,800 weekly
Average miles: 2,100–2,300 per week
Bonuses: Up to $0.08 CPM monthly
Orientation: $300 paid
Home every other week (34–48 hr reset)
Freight: 100% no‑touch, 60% drop & hook
Equipment: 2022+ automatic trucks
No slip seating – take your truck home

Recent CDL‑A Graduates
Must be 21+ with valid CDL‑A
Minimum: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
Paid training for 4–6 weeks
OTR training routes across the Western US
Paid orientation & travel/hotel
Average pay after training: $1,200–$1,500 weekly
Freight: 100% no‑touch, mostly drop & hook
Rider & pet policy available after training
Requirements
Must be 21+ with valid CDL‑A
Minimum 6 months verifiable TT experience
No DUI in last 5 years (CMV)
No major violations or DOT preventables in last 5 years
Must pass urine & hair test
