JOB HIGHLIGHTS We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead overall community management as the Residence Director (Executive Director, Administrator). You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned residence, including departmental function, operational goals and financial performance. You will make a difference in the lives of families by ensuring their loved one receives excellent holistic care.

Responsibilities

Overseeing and supervising the operations of all departments

(nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales) including recruiting, staffing, training, recognition and coaching

Managing the community’s budget, expense management

and compliance with state requirements

Maintaining programs

such as quality management, safety management and community outreach

Assisting department leaders

with move‑ins, care plans, competitor analysis and special events

Promoting a positive work and living environment

by resolving concerns in a professional manner

Fulfilling other duties as needed , such as Manager‑On‑Duty on a rotating basis, or being available after hours to ensure the proper running of the residence

Communicating effectively

with residents and staff

Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
