Base pay range $47,800/yr - $79,100/yr
Key responsibilities
Sell Spectrum’s internet, voice and video services to small businesses door‑to‑door in your assigned territory.
Prospect and manage leads from initial contact to completion, achieving sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activity through Salesforce.
Follow a consultative methodology to determine the client’s needs and present the appropriate products/services.
Sell secondary services such as custom hosting, desktop security, data security, and storage.
Collaborate with an Account Coordinator for additional sales support and hand off non‑sales inquiries to the Customer Service Dept.

Required qualifications
2+ years of sales experience (or 2+ years experience in telecom/technical industry).
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to manage sales and administrative tasks efficiently and within required deadlines.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Driven, professional and determined character.
Valid state driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle and car insurance.
Preferred qualifications
Outside sales experience in telecom, tech or a related field.
Experience utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce).
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Additional information A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.
The base pay for this position generally is between
$47,800 and $79,100 . Compensation will consider skills, qualifications, experience and location. Additional incentive-based compensation, such as bonuses, may be available.
The commission earnings target starts at
$54,000 .
