The role involves client relationship management combined with strategic project oversight. Work Environment Hybrid role based in Dearborn, MI

Responsibilities Account Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for all client needs, leading kick‑off and status meetings.

Represent the team and clients with professionalism and confidence across all interactions.

Maintain thorough knowledge of program scopes to ensure goals and client expectations are met or exceeded.

Establish regular checkpoints with cross‑functional teams to stay informed on program highlights, opportunities, and progress.

Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

Define and implement key processes critical to program success.

Perform additional duties as needed.

Project Management

Oversee development and management of all project timelines, deliverables, and requirements.

Lead and facilitate client meetings and internal reviews.

Communicate proactively with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Manage deliverables within defined scope and budget.

Create and maintain presentations, documentation, and communication materials.

Apply strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs, metrics, reporting, and overall program performance.

New Business Development

Build, nurture, and maintain client relationships to ensure long‑term satisfaction.

Use a consultative approach to strengthen collaboration with internal and external partners.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support agency growth and expand client engagement.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cross‑functional team members.

Promote collaboration, efficiency, and professional growth within the team.

Coordinate resources to successfully achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, training, luxury retail, or hospitality.

At least 3 years of project management experience.

Proven success managing clients and stakeholders.
