Overview We’re looking for smiling, enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals with knowledge of sporting goods to provide our customers with excellent service. This fast‑paced work environment offers variety in the day‑to‑day routine. The Key Team Leader (Key Holder) will carry keys to the store and be part of the leadership team.

Provide excellent customer service (primary responsibility)
Store opening and closing responsibilities
Merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store
Qualifications
Previous retail supervisory experience
Knowledge of Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics products
Merchandising skills preferred
Strong desire and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
