Account Specialist
At SprintRay Inc., we are looking for an Account Specialist to help grow our recurring business in resin products and related consumables. This remote, inside sales role will serve dentists, dental practices, and distributor partners, driving adoption and supporting new product launches.
Base Pay Range
$50,000 – $65,000 per year plus competitive variable.
Location : Remote
Responsibilities
Research existing customers to identify opportunities for workflow expansion and increased resin utilization.
Proactively contact customers to present new resin products, workflow solutions, promotions, and education opportunities.
Drive sales of consumables (resins, accessories, and services) to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Contact dentists, dental practices, and distributor partners within an assigned territory to generate and close consumable sales.
Work closely with channel and distribution partners to jointly sell SprintRay resin solutions and support workflow adoption.
Coach and enable channel partners on SprintRay resins, workflows, and services to support effective selling.
Deliver virtual presentations and phone-based product education to customers.
Support repeat orders and post-install expansion following initial printer sales in partnership with Field Sales and DSS teams.
Utilize internal support teams to address service, implementation, or workflow-related questions.
Maintain accurate and timely data in CRM (Salesforce), including customer records, outreach activity, opportunities, and notes.
Track and report sales activity, pipeline metrics, and performance to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
Provide budgeting and expense information as required.
Participate in virtual and in-person events, trade shows, and education forums as needed, including occasional evenings or weekends.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer‑facing sales experience.
Experience in dental, medical device, consumables, or a high‑volume sales environment preferred.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a high volume of outreach while staying organized and detail‑oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities. Self‑motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales objectives.
Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
