Inside Sales Representative (HDPE)
Join Reece USA and help grow our customer base through consultative sales, ensuring customers have the supplies needed for clean water and HVAC. Work closely with outside sales teams.

Specific Duties Include
Deliver a consultative sales approach to provide need‑based solutions.
Work cooperatively with team members to maintain inventory and sales standards.
Properly enter and track sales records.
Deliver high‑quality customer service and professionalism.
What You Need To Succeed
1+ year of sales experience in a wholesale distribution business.
High school diploma or equivalent.
What You Can Learn Or Develop On The Job
Knowledge of assigned business line (Plumbing, Waterworks, HVAC, Kitchen & Bath).
Leadership experience and the skillset to advance into leadership, outside sales, or other internal opportunities.
Physical Requirements
Attend scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence.
Lift up to 75 pounds.
Lying and standing for extended periods.
Operate office equipment such as computers and copiers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Adaptability, attention to detail, critical thinking, service orientation, and time management.
