Job Description:
Call on relevant medical specialties to promote and educate on our portfolio: Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, and others.
Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions.
Develop and manage a territory plan that meets or exceeds targeted goals, engaging with company training, sales tools, and management.
Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in offices or healthcare facilities.
Ideal Candidates:
Highly motivated, target‑driven with proven sales success.
Capable of handling high‑pressure environments.
Strong work ethic geared toward immediate impact and long‑term success.
Possesses strong provider relationships.
Self‑motivated yet receptive to coaching.
Skilled at building and fostering accounts.
Detail‑oriented.
Motivated to tackle daily tasks and achieve short‑ and long‑term goals.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Embraces a “Patient First” mentality.
Compliant with all company policies and procedures.
What We Offer:
Base Salary ($80,000‑$100,000) plus uncapped quarterly bonus. First‑year on‑target earnings: $130,000‑$150,000 (uncapped). Second‑year on‑target earnings: $150,000+ (uncapped).
401(k) plan with company match.
Short‑term and long‑term disability coverage.
Full‑time position.
Location: Outside medical field sales in Minnesota. Travel within the territory is required.
