Job Description Position summary 10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced, safety-focused Teams Dedicated CDL-A Truck Drivers to operate high-mileage dedicated routes. This team driving opportunity offers consistently high miles, predictable freight dedicated to a single account, and the operational support of a small, safety-oriented carrier.

Route & schedule This is a dedicated team route with very high weekly mileage. Assigned routes are designed to maximize miles for team drivers and provide predictable freight handling and customer stops. Home time and specific scheduling will be assigned based on route requirements and regulatory hours-of-service rules.

Compensation & incentives

Pay: $0.80 per mile total (split: $0.40 per mile per driver).

Minimum expected miles: 5,500 miles per week (sometimes more, not guaranteed).

Average weekly gross pay: approximately $5,000.

Two pets allowed per team.

Minimum qualifications

Valid CDL-A license.

Minimum age: 23 years.

At least 18 months of OTR or regional tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 3 years, including hauling 53-foot trailers.

Ability to pass DOT drug screening and meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers.

Equipment & support Drivers will operate late-model sleeper tractors equipped for team operations. Company equipment and operational support are focused on safety, reliability, and minimizing downtime.
