As a Behavior Specialist with Learning ARTS, you’ll play a crucial role impacting the lives of children with ASD. Your responsibilities will include working with our BCBAs to assess, develop, and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental or behavioral disorders. You’ll conduct thorough assessments to understand your client’s strengths, challenges, and specific behavioral needs and design behavior intervention strategies that are evidence‑based and tailored to the unique needs of the individual. You’ll work closely with clients, their families, and a team of professionals to execute these plans, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments. You’ll utilize the principles of ABA to reinforce positive behaviors, reduce problem behaviors, and improve overall quality of life for their clients. Additionally, you’ll provide training and guidance to caregivers and support staff, empowering them to implement effective interventions consistently.
Starting Pay Range - $30 - $33/hour.
