Key Account Manager
Join Metrie as a Key Account Manager and help grow wallet share and customer lifetime value for our strategic accounts. Metrie is the North America’s largest manufacturer and distributor of interior millwork, founded in 1926 and still owned by the founding family.
Company Overview Metrie focuses on product excellence and superior customer experience, supplying interior finishings to homes and businesses across North America. Our products are featured on TV shows and magazines such as HGTV, Style At Home, and House & Home, and have been showcased by Instagram influencers.
Location Based in or near Nashville, TN. The role requires up to 50% travel throughout Tennessee, including Memphis and Knoxville.
What You’ll Do
Achieve financial and customer targets by driving sales and margin growth and improving relationships with key accounts.
Engage stakeholders to generate interest in Metrie products/services, create demand, and help Channel Partners convert demand.
Create and execute strategies to increase sustainable profitability and drive top‑ and bottom‑line growth.
Act as a brand advocate by managing Metrie brand touchpoints to drive awareness, leveraging a challenger‑selling approach.
Contribute to delivery of quarterly and annual sales results that meet or exceed regional targets.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in building products, interior finishing, construction, architecture, interior design, or related fields.
Love working in an outside sales environment.
Experience dealing with purchasing agents, senior buyers, and small business owners.
Passion for customer service and building rapport with prospective and existing customers.
Strong analytical and learning mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational and time‑management skills for fast‑paced environments.
Proficiency in SAP, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license for business travel.
