What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coach, motivate, and influence a direct sales team to exceed quotas in the Financial Services sector
Conduct weekly 1:1s to review sales performance and navigate compliance hurdles
Actively engage in sales cycles as a "selling leader" to support Account Executives
Provide feedback to cross-functional departments regarding FinServ product needs
Build and enhance executive-level customer relationships within mid-market financial institutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on the Financial Services industry
Proven leadership experience directly managing a sales team for 3+ years
Deep understanding of the financial regulatory landscape (e.g., FINRA, SEC, SOC2)
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to non-technical executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with mid-market financial end-customers is highly preferred
Strong business acumen and understanding of complex stakeholder maps
Vibrant and energetic attitude, with a history of effective decision-making
