Pay:
Up to $23/hour total compensation including base pay, profit share, and tips.

As a Customer Experience Leader, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our sales efforts. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training!

Responsibilities

Drive & load with care: collaborate with your team to safely and efficiently operate and load trucks.
Remove unwanted items: tackle both light and heavy lifting during residential and commercial cleanouts.
Promote sales: be a brand ambassador—offer honest estimates and represent us with professionalism.
Prioritize safety: follow safety guidelines and always maintain a polished, uniformed appearance.

Requirements & Qualifications
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
Driver’s License: Valid standard driver’s license required.
Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
