Conduct full‑home inspections (from attic to crawl space)

Qualifications

Comfortable climbing, crawling, and working in various weather conditions

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. safely

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA‑compliant respirator when required
