We now serve customers across four states and ten markets, while maintaining a local, people‑first mindset. Sales Representative.
Job Description:
As the frontline agent for Southern, you build lasting customer relationships with a focus on door‑to‑door prospecting and lead generation. You conduct initial roof inspections and design meetings, and collaborate with other departments to oversee project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Excel in door‑to‑door sales, actively generating leads, and establishing client connections.
Leverage comprehensive training to refine sales tactics and strategies.
Communicate effectively with potential clients, offering tailored solutions.
Interact with customers and resolve issues, questions, and complaints professionally.
Communicate proactively with customers throughout the sales process.
Conduct thorough roof inspections and provide expert recommendations.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve project completion.
Ideal Candidate
Self‑motivated and passionate about outdoor, boots‑on‑ground sales work.
Willing and able to set up a ladder and climb on the roof.
Reliable, dependable, diligent, highly organized with good time‑management skills.
Track record of strong business practices and judgment.
Seeking a full‑time position promising personal and professional growth.
Requirements
Valid driver's license.
Own reliable vehicle with insurance.
Willingness to set up a ladder and climb on the roof.
Willingness to canvas neighborhoods to establish client relationships.
Basic math and computer skills.
Willingness to undergo and pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
