Direct Sales Representative
In the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. As a valued member of the Optimum door-to-door team, you will work in the ever-changing consumer landscape, greeting customers and guiding them through the full suite of Optimum products and services, including high‑speed internet, advanced TV, mobile, and voice technologies.

Responsibilities
Customized Solutions:
Assess each customer’s unique needs and craft tailored telecom packages that exceed expectations.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up‑to‑date expertise on the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technology innovations.
Sales Pitch:
Master persuasive field sales techniques, highlight product advantages, and address concerns or objections.
Closing Deals:
Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and committed.
Documentation:
Complete all required paperwork, contracts, and sales reports accurately.
Relationship Building:
Provide exceptional post‑sales support, turning customers into lifelong advocates.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and develop strategies for collective goals.
Targets and Quotas:
Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas, demonstrating personal and team success.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and satisfactory driving record.
Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk as required.
Ability to work full time.
