To support our rapid growth in the Electronic Security division, we are actively searching for a passionate Account Executive who will spearhead business development within our Core Commercial division. This key role will focus on lead generation, relationship building, and showcasing our innovative electronic security products and services to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a designated territory utilizing CRM tools and excel in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation. Develop and implement effective service and account outsourcing strategies. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment. Craft and deliver customized proposals and solutions tailored to client needs and market trends. Collaborate with internal specialists to design bespoke solutions for complex client requirements. Engage in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and discover prospects. Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings per week within the assigned territory to nurture relationships and drive new business. Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling strategies, expanding existing accounts while securing new clients. High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a consultative approach. At least 2 years of proven success in meeting or exceeding high sales quotas in comparable accounts or markets. Proficient in using Office Suite and CRM platforms to enhance productivity and client interactions. Willingness to travel across assigned geographic areas. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. Background in electronic security sales is strongly preferred. A valid driver's license is required.
