Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct high‑volume outreach to clients and candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. Drive business growth by consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Matchmaking: Act as a professional matchmaker between top talent and leading companies in our niche markets.
Client & Candidate Relationship Development: Cultivate lasting relationships with both clients and candidates through effective communication and strategic outreach.
Contract Negotiation & Market Expertise: Facilitate salary negotiations, guide candidates through the interview process, and provide valuable market insights.
Consultative Sales Role: Serve as a trusted consultant, advising clients and candidates through the recruitment process and making data‑driven decisions.
