Lead Sales Associate
to join our high‑performing team and help us change lives through science‑backed, technology‑tracked, and coach‑inspired group workouts.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Studio Sales Efforts
Engage with potential members, provide high‑energy studio tours, and convert interest into long‑term memberships. Create a welcoming, positive first impression that reflects the Orangetheory brand.
Drive B2B Outreach & Local Partnerships
Proactively network within the community and cultivate B2B partnerships to boost member acquisition. Identify and execute local events, promotions, and outreach opportunities.
Lead, Train, and Motivate the Sales Team
Be a role model by demonstrating sales excellence and a positive attitude every day. Support onboarding, development, and training of new Sales Associates to hit goals and deliver top‑tier service.
Operations & Revenue Management
Take ownership of studio inventory, revenue tracking, and operational tasks. Assist the Studio Manager in executing daily business functions with precision and excellence.
Every day will be different but, you’ll be representing the Orangetheory brand as you share the science of this workout you want everyone to love as much as you do.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of sales or fitness industry experience (fitness sales is a huge plus!)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Passion for health, fitness, and the Orangetheory brand
A self‑starter with a growth mindset and team‑first attitude
