As an Administrative/Secretarial Assistance - Associate, you will perform a wide range of administrative duties that support the smooth operation of the organization. You will engage with multiple teams, handle complex scheduling, and manage important documentation. Your attention to detail and organizational capabilities will help maintain an efficient and effective workplace. Key tasks include: Create and format correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced business software applications. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Maintain comprehensive files and records, ensuring data integrity. Schedule, coordinate, and update multiple calendars and diaries. Make travel arrangements and organize business trips for team members. Process and track expense reports and budgets within designated guidelines. Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment. Assist in planning and organizing team events, meetings, and conferences. Conduct initial research and summarize findings for various projects. Implement and adhere to administrative procedures and policies. You're a great fit if you meet these requirements: Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Analytical Skills: Basic skills in analyzing data and preparing reports.
