We are seeking a results-driven
Continuous Improvement Manager
to lead operational excellence initiatives across the enterprise. In this role, you will act as a change agent and coach, driving continuous improvement projects that reduce costs, enhance processes, and improve operational efficiency. You will mentor and guide teams in Lean and Six Sigma principles, ensuring sustained performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex continuous improvement projects across multiple business units.
Collaborate with teams to diagnose and solve operational and business challenges using structured problem-solving methods.
Coach and develop employees in the use of Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
Plan and facilitate Continuous Improvement Workshops and Kaizen events to generate measurable impact.
Track project progress, identify barriers, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Partner with Finance and other stakeholders to validate project benefits and results.
Develop and maintain methods and systems to measure and track performance improvements.
Provide training to employees involved in Lean and Six Sigma projects, from foundational to advanced practitioner levels.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
3+ years
of direct experience applying Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies to continuous improvement and project management.
5+ years
of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Project Management certification preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams effectively.
Expertise in continuous improvement tools, processes, and systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
