Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and self‑motivated Family Service Advisor to join our team. This sales role is essential in assisting families with pre‑planning cemetery services, assisting families with cemetery needs at the time of a loved one's passing, and memorialization. As a Family Service Advisor, you will build relationships with families, provide guidance during difficult times, and offer personalized solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

Meet with families to discuss and arrange cemetery services. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through leads, walk‑ins, and proactive outreach within our cemeteries. Provide professional and empathetic service to families in need. Customize and present service packages that honor the wishes of the clients. Manage sales appointments while also participating in scheduled on‑duty days, weekend work as needed. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions via a CRM. Provide cemetery tours and attend services to support families and build relationships. Compensation

High school diploma or equivalent; college education a plus. 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to obtain a Pre‑Need Sales Agent License upon hire. Ability to obtain a Georgia Life Insurance License within six (6) months of hire. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy and professionalism. Self‑motivated with excellent time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
