Strive have partnered with a DevTool Analytics vendor who are looking to hire for their founding BDR in the US. We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to support pipeline generation and new logo growth within large, complex organizations.

This role is focused on high-quality outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound interest, and booking meetings with senior technical and engineering stakeholders. You’ll work closely with an Account Executive, owning the top of the funnel and playing a critical role in building pipeline across a fast-growing US market.

What you’ll be doing

Driving outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative channels

Qualifying inbound leads and ensuring a smooth handoff to the AE

Engaging engineering, DevOps, and technical stakeholders early in the buying journey

Running structured discovery to assess fit, urgency, and buyer intent

Building targeted account and prospect lists using research and maintaining accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM

Partnering closely with the AE on outbound campaigns and territory strategy

What we’re looking for

1–2 years of B2B SaaS SDR / BDR experience

Based in Charlotte – Hybrid Role

Proven outbound prospecting experience with measurable results

Comfortable engaging technical and engineering‑led audiences

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Curious, resilient, and motivated to exceed activity and pipeline target
