Part‑Time Pest Control Route Manager/Partner Experience necessary. The Role

Seeking a Pest Control Service Partners to develop cities in Wake Co. (Termite on occasion) in Wake County, NC. Seeking a dedicated team member within the local area for a long‑term career. Learn in-demand skills & trade as a licensed technician and operate a daily service route. Licensed tech is preferred; experience is a plus. Benefits

Work 9‑5 Monday through Friday. Weekends and Holidays off! Average 8 stops per day with 1 hour per stop! Less stress than 15 stops per day. FREE Lunch! SALES EXPERIENCE A MUST. Experience in installing vapor barriers and vents is a plus. Operate daily residential service route (indoor/outdoor). Marketing & selling service plans (commissions paid on top of hourly). A clean driving record is a MUST! Passing a criminal background check and drug test is a MUST! Pass 60 days of training and licensing test (one‑day exam in Charlotte). Physically able to walk, reach, crawl, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Work in NC Temperatures outside. Up to 100 degrees and as low as 34. Reliable & trustworthy. Good communication/listening skills. Excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Inspect buildings and premises for signs of pest infestation. Set up, run sales promotions, tear down, and place back in storage. Design and carry out pest management plans with IPM. Determine the type of treatment needed to eliminate pests. Measure the dimensions of the area needing treatment. Inspect and treat crawlspace areas. Drilling and trenching are necessary. Sale and maintain vapor barriers & vents in crawlspaces. Apply pesticides, and bait, and set traps in and around buildings and structures. Drive trucks equipped with power spraying equipment. Complete all required service‑related documentation. Be knowledgeable, and responsible, & comply with federal, state, & local industry regulations. Generating sales in the form of new clients (Getting referrals and door knocking). Keep your truck clean and organized. Knock on doors. Job Type

Full‑time Pay

$20,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, average based on the person's performance The compensation package will include base pay plus the following
