Job Description
Recommends ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs. Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance. Leads coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management. Perform analytics on the delinquent, recovery, and select up-to-date portfolios across multiple products such as Consumer and Small Business Credit Cards, Overdrawn Deposits, Auto Loans, Home Loans, Paycheck Protection Program, and Balance Assist. These analytics support multiple functions including account segmentation, channel selection, and payment solutions management. Develop code to extract statistical and financial data using multiple databases. Apply segmentation techniques that allow for customized treatment. Refine results to consider the current operational and regulatory environment. Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement recommendations. Utilize statistical techniques to evaluate strategy performance. Required Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with 1+ years’ experience of driving business results Intellectually curious with a mind for innovation and proven ability to execute objectives in a data driven environment The ability to grasp new concepts and collaborate across different teams/business units in order to drive change Goal oriented individual who maintains their composure in a fast paced and dynamic environment A proven ability to quickly and accurately condense robust and complex data from various sources into meaningful information to drive strategic change across different portfolios An individual who can demonstrate an aptitude to design and implement a test‑and‑learn approach to manage our company’s exposure to risk Skilled with MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint) Proficient at written and oral communication, including presentation skills Desired qualifications
Collections & Recovery experience (2+ years) Experience with business case development/financial statements Experience in digital marketing strategies and campaign development Experience creating analytical metrics using visualization tools and dashboards (i.e. Tableau) Quantitative analyst experience (2+ years), including skills like data mining and statistics within SAS, SQL, Python, R or similar platforms Project/Change Management experience Experience working within the Bank's data infrastructure (SQL Server, Teradata, Hadoop, DB2, etc.) Experience with process design/redesign (ex. Six Sigma, Engineering) Skills

Pay and benefits information: Pay range $75,500.00 - $120,900.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
