Running commercial construction projects
Supervising your own jobs with strong leadership skills
Ground up experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Successfully completing projects on time and on budget
Qualifications:
A 4-year degree in Construction or Engineering
5 years of experience running projects up to $1 million
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Understanding of shop drawings
Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
Salary Range: $80-100K
