The
Maintenance Superintendent
will oversee
around 16 team members, including 3 supervisors
ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production operations. This role combines
hands‑on technical work
with
leadership and management responsibilities .
Key Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance to improve performance for all food processing and production equipment
Direct all repairs: planned, unplanned, and preventative
Maintain accurate records and data to ensure compliance
Manage maintenance and capital budgets
Adhere to all GMPs and FSMA requirements
Identify opportunities for
continuous improvement
Qualifications
Proven
leadership and management experience
in maintenance roles
Strong
electrical and general mechanical knowledge , particularly with
coolers and conveyor systems
Experience in
food or meat processing
Excellent problem‑solving and team leadership skills
