Location and Travel This is a remote position with up to 20% travel to support team meetings, planning sessions, or key business initiatives; primarily to Oklahoma City, OK.
What You'll Do
Build, maintain and enhance dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau and Excel to support revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
Analyze sales, marketing and customer data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the revenue lifecycle.
Support day‑to‑day Salesforce operations, including data hygiene, basic configuration, report creation and user support.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success teams to understand reporting needs and translate business questions into data insights.
Assist with revenue forecasting, pipeline reviews and KPI tracking.
Document processes, definitions and reporting logic to ensure consistency and scalability.
Support ad‑hoc analysis and special projects related to revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Help identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows and data quality across revenue systems.
What Are We Looking for in this Role
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2–5 years of experience in an analytics, operations or revenue‑focused role (internships or relevant project experience considered).
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and dashboards (preferred).
Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
Experience using at least one BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
Basic understanding of sales and revenue concepts (pipeline, forecasting, trends, etc.).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
Desired Skills and Capabilities
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy and consistency.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data to non‑technical audiences.
Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn new tools, systems and revenue concepts.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
Basic experience with data modeling, SQL or automation tools is a plus, but not required.
Collaborative mindset and comfort working with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success stakeholders.
