A company is looking for an Alliances Manager to promote their Talent Management Software Suite to strategic and enterprise partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for field-level engagement within assigned territories
Manage relationships with internal enterprise field organizations and 6-8 complex partners
Support direct sales teams and achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
5 years of experience in Alliances
Experience managing and supporting large national partners
Proven ability to achieve results with minimal supervision
Aptitude for technology and experience using CRM or contact management systems
