Operate a straight truck, tractor-trailer, or double trailer to deliver products safely and on time to customers, warehouses, and distributors per route schedule. Provide outstanding customer service and maintain clear communication with supervisors and peers. Key Responsibilities
Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT and DFA rules, regulations, and safety policies Deliver products per route schedule and customer expectations; follow designated routes unless directed otherwise Report delays due to road conditions, accidents, or breakdowns Load/unload products as required; may include stocking and ordering Maintain positive customer relations and report issues to supervisor Perform routine vehicle maintenance and keep vehicle clean Complete all required paperwork, logs, and trip records accurately and daily Conduct load inventory and document freight condition before departure Attend driver workshops and training sessions Use company-supported applications and systems properly Represent DFA professionally at all times The requirements herein describe the general nature and level of work performed but are not an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or skills.
