Automotive Service Advisor
to join our high‑performing team in Salinas, CA.

English and Spanish , and ready to grow your career in a supportive, structured shop environment, this role is for you. Compensation & Benefits
Base pay +
uncapped commission Annual earnings typically range from
$60,000 – $120,000+ , depending on experience and performance Many current advisors earn $5,000 – $10,000/month Health, dental, and vision insurance Simple IRA retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts and wholesale auto pricing Recognition for birthdays and anniversaries Key Responsibilities
Greet and communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner Document customer vehicle issues clearly and accurately Generate repair orders and communicate recommendations from technicians Manage workflow efficiently in a busy, high‑paced environment Work closely with technicians and leadership to ensure quality and timely service Upsell recommended services when appropriate and maximize customer satisfaction Qualifications
Previous experience as a
Service Advisor
or
Service Writer
in a busy automotive shop or dealership Bilingual (English and Spanish) required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a high‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy Team‑oriented and professional demeanor Strong work ethic and goal‑oriented mindset About Trustlane Automotive
