Weekly Pay and Benefits! Overview We’re seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, with a focus on international logistics and UPS systems.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and deliveries
Prepare and package outgoing domestic and international shipments
Operate UPS shipping software to generate labels and manage logistics
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and receipts
Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely delivery
Keep the shipping/receiving area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs as needed
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently
Prior experience with international shipping procedures
Proficiency using UPS computer systems and shipping software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with customs documentation and international freight coordination
Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
