In this role, you will lead a client-facing team comprising Account Managers and Onboarding Specialists within a centralized operating model, driving delivery of high‑quality services while improving client outcomes and fostering team collaboration. You will coach your team to excellence, optimize workflows, and partner across departments to enhance overall performance.
Accountabilities
Lead & coach a client-facing team of bookkeeping and payroll staff.
Own client experience standards to ensure service level agreements are met.
Implement and enforce operational excellence and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Manage capacity and workflow to optimize labor efficiency across the business.
Engage in cross‑functional collaboration to resolve issues and support strategic initiatives.
Track KPIs and publish insights to improve performance and outcomes.
Uphold compliance with policies and elevate risks accordingly.
Identify process gaps and propose changes for continuous improvement.
Cultivate an inclusive, high‑performance culture within the team.
Lead special projects aimed at enhancing the client experience.
Requirements
5+ years of related experience with 2+ years of people leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong operational acumen with proficiency in SOP implementation.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results under pressure.
