Overview
Push for Prosperity is seeking a skilled content creator to capture, curate, and produce high-quality photo, video, and digital assets that support brand visibility, marketing campaigns, storytelling, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
Document events with high-quality photography and video.
Capture authentic, candid, and on‑brand moments.
Produce compelling content for social media, website, and promotions.
Support ongoing marketing initiatives with consistent content.
Ensure alignment with Push for Prosperity PIPE Program branding and messaging standards.
Scope of Services A. Event Coverage For each assigned event, the Content Creator will:
Attend and cover events as scheduled.
Capture photos and video of speakers, attendees, branding, and key moments.
Collect short‑form video and B‑roll for promotional use.
B. Content Production & Delivery
Produce event highlight videos.
Edited photos (based on scope).
Branded flyers, graphics, and promotional assets
created in
Canva or similar tools .
Content delivered in vertical and horizontal formats.
Branded assets including logos, lower‑thirds, captions, and cover images.
C. Social Media & Email Marketing
Create ready‑to‑post social media content, including captions and hashtag strategies.
Design and schedule posts across platforms (as requested).
Create and manage a monthly newsletter using KIT , including:
Newsletter layout and design.
Content writing and editing.
Integration of event highlights, announcements, and calls to action.
Basic performance review (open rates and click‑throughs, if applicable).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
2+ years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or multimedia production, preferably in a nonprofit or mission‑driven environment.
Proven ability to capture, edit, and produce high‑quality photo, video, and digital content.
Strong experience creating branded flyers, graphics, and promotional assets using Canva or similar design tools.
Working knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Experience creating short‑form video, reels, and event recap content.
Ability to write engaging social media captions and basic marketing copy.
Experience creating and managing monthly email newsletters using KIT (ConvertKit), including layout, content, and basic performance tracking.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to the organization’s mission, values, and brand standards.
Working Conditions
Environment: Combination of event‑based, office, and remote work; frequent travel to event sites and partner locations may be required.
Hours: Flexible or contract‑based, with evenings and weekends as needed for events and deadlines.
