About The Role Warby Parker is on the lookout for a strategic, detail-focused Product Strategy Manager to help drive the success of our AI glasses business. Reporting to the Director of Product Strategy, your key responsibilities will be managing our partnerships and collaborating on operational improvements with internal partners (like our Brand, Ecommerce, Retail, and CX teams). This is a highly collaborative, operational, and strategic role for someone who is excited to support internal and external partnerships, both launching and then growing our AI glasses business—as well as helping inform the long-range planning for AI glasses.

Track partner deliverables and timelines, ensuring clear documentation and collaboration
Propose and manage the pricing strategy, customer policies, and shopping flows through analysis and tracking the competitor landscape

Synthesize customer feedback and product performance to identify areas for improvement and share insights with our partners
Partner with internal Marketing, Retail, and Brand teams to support go‑to‑market strategy, launch plans, and campaign execution
Own the AI glasses assortment and product planning; ideate on the best ways to optimize AI glasses design and expand our offerings
Manage internal and external workstreams to roll out future launches (i.e., new SKUs, display lenses, and new markets)
Oversee an analyst to effectively and efficiently support the rollout of AI glasses and the continued success of the business by creating dashboards to track KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, and analyzing market trends
Who you are
