Annual Bonus Responsibilities
Prepare Detailed Estimates : Develop precise cost estimates for labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment from the schematic design phase to final completion. Manage the Bid Process : Coordinate with subcontractors, gather quotes, and ensure each project scope is fully addressed. Collaborate with Project Teams : Work hand-in-hand with Project Managers to align budgets and timelines, ensuring a smooth transition once bids are won. Value Engineering : Identify cost-saving strategies without sacrificing quality or Stellars commitment to going the extra mile for clients. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain organized records of estimates, assumptions, and clarifications for transparency and future reference. Seniority level
