Client Sales Associate

At Infinity Management Group, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Sales Associate to join our growing Tampa-based team. In this customer-facing role, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting the sales and retention of our clients’ products and services. As part of a fast-expanding company, you will help enhance customer experiences, foster lasting client relationships, and contribute directly to our business growth. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective and existing residential customers in the Tampa community to support the direct sales and customer enrollment in our client’s products and services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and ongoing engagement. Provide accurate, up-to-date product and service information tailored to meet customer needs and enable to choose the best suite of products and services during the sales consultation. Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions to enhance their overall experience. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the timely resolution of client inquiries and the delivery of exceptional service. Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities and contributing to outreach efforts that help meet company goals. Ideal Candidate: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client interactions effectively. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality customer service. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client account support in a client-facing role is preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities. This is a full-time, commission-based position with an on-target earnings range of $42,000-$62,000 annually.
