Order Desk Clerk
Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry. We are currently looking for FULL-TIME Order Desk Clerk to join our team at our Chandler location. Start pay $18 or DOE. Paid weekly! Essential Duties: Handle incoming customer calls and responds to email Take phone orders and collaborate with Sales and Warehouse staff to meet customer needs Top customer service and professional attitude Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Minimum two years' order taking/customer service experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word Interpersonal skills for problem solving Strong attention to detail More about this job: Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am 4pm
