REQUIREMENTS
• Candidates must be USPTO admitted, or eligible to sit for the exam.
• A BS or PhD in one of the following sciences is required: biology, biochemistry, chemistry, immunology, organic chemistry, or protein engineering.
• A legal or science background at a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company is a plus.
• Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work includes patent drafting, prosecution, opinions, and strategic agreements.
