Responsibilities
- Our computational methods research platform – the data, analysis and pipelining platform that powers new physics and AI methods development.
- You will own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and drive the execution of projects that support our mission to revolutionize drug discovery.
- Translating complex scientific research into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
- Represent the company’s AI safety vision at leading AI/ML conferences and in industry discussions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration between product, research, and engineering teams to advance responsible AI development.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Chemistry or related technical/scientific fields graduating at the top of your class.
- Strong understanding of AI interpretability, foundation models, and the AI research ecosystem.
- Proven experience in product management or technical program management for AI/ML or research‑driven products.
- Ability to bridge research and product execution, translating scientific insights into usable tools and platforms. Excellent communication skills and a track record of effective collaboration across research and engineering teams.
- 4+ years experience leading AI/ML product strategy in a research or foundation model environment with familiarity in the publication and open‑source landscape within AI interpretability and safety.
- Demonstrated success managing complex AI products or infrastructure from concept to scale, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
