Overview
A top-tier public accounting firm is hiring an experienced Tax Manager to help lead its growing tax practice. Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements, including planning, budgeting, and supervising tax preparation and review processes
- Provide expert-level tax compliance and consulting services to diverse clients
- Mentor and develop junior staff and seniors within the department
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, offering proactive advice and fostering long-term relationships
- Stay current with tax legislation and ensure clients remain in compliance while identifying opportunities for tax savings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
- CPA license required
- 5+ years of recent public accounting experience with a focus in tax
- Strong technical knowledge in federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Proven leadership ability and experience managing teams and client relationships
