Position Summary

Noble Hearts is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the development of capital cost estimates across all phases of project delivery—from planning through construction. This role supports large, complex infrastructure and transit programs and works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cost accuracy, transparency, and alignment with program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop capital cost estimates from conceptual planning through final design and construction
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather estimating inputs
• Support program baselines, business plans, and cost updates
• Review contractor estimates, change orders, and claims
• Develop and maintain estimating policies and procedures
• Analyze scope, quantities, schedules, and work breakdown structures
• Supervise junior and mid-level estimators and cost analysts
• Prepare and present cost information to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of design and construction disciplines
• Proven ability to develop accurate estimates in schedule-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Science/Management
• 15+ years of estimating experience, including 10+ years on large transit or infrastructure projects
• Experience on projects exceeding $1B
• Professional certification as a cost estimator or engineer
• Experience with estimating software (Timberline, HeavyBid, HCSS, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar)
