Senior Director of Customs & Trade Compliance (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid / Remote (with travel as needed)
Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an experienced Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) to lead and evolve our Customs & Trade Compliance function. This executive-level role combines regulatory expertise, proven people leadership, and a passion for AI, automation, and innovation to modernize global trade operations.
What You'll Do
Serve (or progress to serve) as the company's Licensed Customs Broker of Record
Ensure compliance with CBP, PGA, import/export regulations, HTS classification, and AD/CVD
Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders
Champion AI, automation, and technology-driven solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT
Act as executive, client-facing authority on customs and regulatory matters
What We're Looking For
Active U.S. Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) – required
10+ years in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or international logistics
5+ years of people leadership experience
Deep knowledge of HTS, ADD/CVD, PGA filings, audits, and enforcement actions
Experience with CargoWise, ACE, automated classification, OCR, or AI-enabled workflows a plus
