Director, Strategy and Analytics - ZX
As part of Zeta’s Audience Intelligence Platform’s (AIP) Strategy team, you will contribute to and lead work with Fortune 2000 marketers, both pre‑sale and post‑sale, to help them optimize marketing strategies and tactics with a focus on digital channels. Using your analytical skills and digital marketing experience, you will help world‑class clients design and execute omni‑channel marketing and measurement campaigns to drive better ROI. In addition, you will develop, create, train and evangelize new and existing digital strategy offerings throughout Zeta.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Consultation : Seek to understand the client’s business problems and act as a trusted strategic advisor by providing insights, leveraging Zeta’s services, data, and technology.
- Account Expansion : Identify growth opportunities with existing clients in partnership with the Client Development lead, focusing on expanding from single‑channel campaigns into omni‑channel programs.
- Business Development : Support the Business Development team as a client‑facing resource to build credibility with Zeta’s solutions and demonstrate results.
- Client Interface : Present and sell ideas to clients together with Client and Business Development teams; design and deliver new workflows, tests, and proofs of concept, and lead demos of Opportunity Explorer and Data Cloud Platforms.
- Digital Marketing Strategy : Work with clients to develop, measure, and optimize customer marketing programs across email, mobile, web, social media, and other digital channels.
- Measurement : Apply marketing measurement solutions such as incrementality, multi‑touch attribution, and media mix modeling to guide internal and client discussions.
- Thought Leadership & Innovation : Keep clients and internal teams informed about emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Internal Coordination : Build and maintain relationships with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Product Roadmap : Provide feedback to Product on roadmap gaps based on client needs and competitive solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of client‑facing experience in digital solutions, preferably in ad tech and data.
- 2+ years in sales, business development, or solution consulting.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise‑class digital/email marketing and programmatic/social media marketing.
- Experience managing email, display, social, mobile, search, and/or affiliate programs.
- Understanding of customer relationship marketing concepts and strategies for acquisition and retention.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and modeling approaches is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to produce high‑quality decks and present to senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects in a fast‑paced setting.
- High intellectual curiosity, drive, and proactivity.
- Scrappiness – ability to find solutions when all answers aren’t available.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Salary Range
The compensation range for this role is $130,000 – $150,000.00, depending on location and experience.
