The Role
As a Sales Leadership Trainee , you’ll begin by learning the fundamentals of sales, customer engagement, and marketing strategies. From there, you’ll move into leadership training—developing the skills to mentor others, manage small teams, and eventually oversee larger projects.
What You’ll Do
- Represent recognized brands inside retail locations
- Build relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed sales goals while learning effective sales strategies
- Participate in structured leadership training and mentorship programs
- Support and motivate team members to achieve collective success
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required)
- $18–$24/hour base pay (paid weekly) + performance bonuses
