In this role, you will be working as a Designer for a client in the chemical plant industry. This position will be responsible for supporting drawing checks, issuing drawings internally and to customers, and maintaining document logs pertaining to drafting responsibilities involving modifying models and fabrication drawings for chemical equipment using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
This is a contract based position. This role must be worked on-site at their Seattle location.
Pay: $35 - $40/hr depending on experience and qualifications

Job Requirements
- Relevant 4-year degree / equivalent experience in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related field
- 3-5 years of SolidWorks drafting experience in a technical environment
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Familiarity with ASME pressure vessels, ANSI process piping, and ASTM materials, Structural Steel
- Ability to check drawings for accuracy and completeness, working with deliverables for fabrication teams
