About the role As an Account Coordinator, you will support the operations and sales team for Axles' existing top clients. This will be achieved by partnering with our Account Development team to ensure each client's needs are not only met but exceeded the best in class customer service consistently.

What you'll do

Execute scheduling as well as tracking and tracing of shipments

Communicate status updates with internal and external team

Problem solve with a sense of urgency to improve operational efficiency

Identify issues, utilize resources to determine the best course of action, and implement solutions

Provide updates quickly and accurately while navigating through a fast-paced day

Assist with daily updates

Handle multiple TMS systems

Qualifications

Driven and self-motivated individual

Ability to be detail-oriented and focused within an active work environment

Desire to be a part of a goal-oriented team

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

High school diploma required, Associates Degree a plus
