About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategy and Operations to lead and drive firmwide strategic initiatives, with a focus on operational efficiency and scalable processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with senior executives to align resources, shaping agendas, and ensuring the effective execution of projects. This role also involves monitoring the execution of strategies, evaluating performance, and recommending necessary adjustments, as well as implementing change management strategies for the successful adoption of new processes. The VP will be expected to promote a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to operational challenges and contribute to the firm's growth through innovative practices.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in any academic field, with a minimum of seven years' experience in a strategic or operational leadership role. While not mandatory, experience in financial services, technology, consulting, or government is preferred. The role requires a proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive cross-functional collaboration, and a strong analytical skill set to distill priorities into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to fluid, high-stakes initiatives and have an entrepreneurial and proactive approach with a rigorous work ethic. Previous finance knowledge or experience is not a requirement for this position.
