We are looking for an experienced Director of Demand Generation. As uStudio's Demand Generation Director, you'll oversee all of the tactics used to develop and cultivate long-term customer relationships. Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline. Send résumé to jobs@ustudio.com APPLY NOW Responsibilities: * Determine target demographics and campaign goals. * Work with leadership to define target segments and create and deliver campaigns to generate interest in enterprise podcasting and media, differentiating uStudio as the leader in that market, driving visits to digital properties. * Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting digital property traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers). * Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. * Collaborate with web developers to optimize the user experience and interface for search engine visibility. * Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers. Requirements: * Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions. * Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization and marketing automation in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers. * BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. * 5 yrs experience in marketing required. * Skills: HTML/CSS, Marketo.
